- Gift certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
- Unused merchandise may be returned with 14 days for exchange or store credit only when accompanied by receipt.

Gratuities - Many clients ask about our tipping policy. Tips are appreciated but certainly not mandatory. It is completely up to the individual, but ultimately it's based on good service. A general rule of thumb in salons is 15%.
